Philosophy
We are on a mission to help as many people as we can get the body of their dreams.
For over two decades our team has spent more time in gyms than out of them, helping individuals achieve and exceed their goals.
The majority of people working out in gyms or at home are training with unbalanced programmes, which not only fail to get the results, but worse, cause injury.
The truth is if you really want that toned, athletic body, you need professional coaching.
Adaption and progression through professional coaching
Professional coaches have an in-depth knowledge of adaptation and progression and base their training on the principals of bio-mechanics or human movement. All Playtrainer programmes are developed around the major natural movements the human body performs and are designed to avoid imbalances and that can lead to bad posture and injury.
Our approach is not new - it has been used in professional sports coaching for decades. Achieving your goal is not a linear process, like lifting progressively heavier weights. After four to six weeks on the same programme you will stop getting results.
This is because the human body is excellent at adapting to the demands placed on it and your muscles only tone up in response to new or adapted exercise. After that three to six week window you'll need to change your programme -- building on past exercises and developing your technique -- in order to progress.
Change your programme, every four weeks
To ensure that you get phenomenal results we meticulously plan your training months in advance. We will take you through a well planned and balanced programme designed to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals. During the workout you will be taught the optimal technique for each exercise that ensures correct muscle activation and joint alignment.
Let Playtrainer do all the hard work for you - putting together personalised, cutting edge, intelligent programmes that progress to ensure you achieve the body of your dreams.
