1. Should I choose MP3 or MP4 coaching?

If you want to play audio only coaching, select the MP3 option. With your audio coaching you will also receive programme sheets with pictures and explanations of all the exercises. This option is suitable for MP3 players, phones and media players.

Select the MP4 option if you have a video ipod, iPhone or Playstation portable (PSP).If you're unsure, download our sample and try it on your player, here. Don't worry if you make a mistake - you can contact us anytime to change your format.

2. What happens after I sign up?

We will review all your information and e-mail your starter pack (containing your introductory audio seminar, stretching track and MP3 or MP4 coaching pack every month. Each programme is designed to lead on from the last to ensure that your keep getting great results.

3. Why do I need to sign up for a minimum of six months?

In order to get results you need to be coached through a progressive series of programmes that keep taking your fitness to the next level. Not some random 'what should we do today workout'. Although you'll begin to see changes after just a few weeks, to really see great results, it takes time. That's why we plan your programmes months in advance to intelligently progress your exercise in the best possible way to reach your goals.

4. Do I need a gym membership?

For toning and fat loss programmes you can either train at home or the gym. If your main goal is building muscle, then you'll need access to some free weights and cable machines. If you have any questions about this issue then please contact us.

5. What about my diet?

If you want to lose body fat you'll need to change the way you eat. The good news us that here at Playtrainer we hate diets. Cutting out foods that you love is mentally bad for you and most diets actually slow your metabolism. So instead of fad diets we'll provide you with some great strategies to 1. Stop your body storing any new fat 2. Burn off the excess fat you have - without cutting out anything.

6. I have an injury/medical condition, can I still sign up to Playtrainer?

Playtrainer is here to help you look and feel great using only the very best proven programmes designed by personal fitness experts. But, when it come to training with injuries you need to see a medical professional for advice before undertaking any training programme as every injury/medical condition is different.

7. What happens of my goals change?

No problem. Just contact us and we'll adjust your programme to help you achieve your new goals.
